The Inspiration

     It all started with left knee pain. I stumbled across an article about Sea Moss and it's benefits and was very intrigued. I did a little research a found a fb friend that was distributing it. I was sold on Sea Moss after my first spoonful. You see when I tried Sea Moss for the first time I'd done a very vigorus workout after that included 2 laps, 4 sets of stairs x2 and 20 squats x2. The next morning I woke up I didn't feel anything. I instantly knew that it was true about Sea Moss helping with gym recovery because it was so heavily packed with vitamins and minerals. Since then I've consistently taken Sea Moss. It increased my energy, helped me start sleeping throughout the night, decreased the inflammation and knee pain that I'd been dealing with.
